Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time - PST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Transit Estimates (United States)
We offer reliable shipping options across the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

$7.95 flat rate for orders under $60.00
Expedited Shipping 2 to 3 business days Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination
Please note: Total delivery time = Handling Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time.
3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@jaxallclean.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Jax All Clean Janitorial & Building Maintenance proudly ships to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Standard Shipping. Please note that expedited shipping options are not available for these specific address types.
5. Damages, Incorrect Items, and Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if an item is missing/incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Email us at support@jaxallclean.com with your Order Number and clear photographs of the damaged product/packaging, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement or refund.
