1. Order Confirmation & Verification

  • Check Your Spam Folder: If you do not see this email within 10 minutes of checkout, please check your Spam/Junk folder or verify that the email address you entered was spelled correctly.
  • Security & Fraud Screening: To protect our global consumers, all orders placed on our website undergo an automated fraud analysis protocol via our secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We reserve the right to temporarily hold or cancel any order that triggers high-risk security alerts. 2. Order Modifications & Changes
  • The Window for Changes: Because our fulfillment team works quickly to pack and ship your premium cleaning tools, we can only accommodate order modifications (such as changing a shipping address, merging packages, or updating product sizes) within 2 hours of order placement.
  • How to Request a Change: Please email us immediately at support@jaxallclean.com with the subject line "URGENT: Order Modification for Order #[Your Order Number]". While we will do our absolute best to intercept the package, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered our automated logistics flow.
3. Order Cancellations
  • Cancellation Policy: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
  • After Shipping: If your order has already been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled. However, you are welcome to return the unopened package to us within 30 days of arrival in accordance with our standard Return & Refund Policy.
4. How to Track Your Order
  • Tracking Notification: As outlined in our Shipping Policy, please allow 1 to 2 business days for order handling. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a live tracking number and a link to the carrier’s system (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) will be delivered to your inbox.
  • Tracking Delays: Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the postal carrier to scan your package and update its location status online. You can check your delivery updates at any time by visiting jaxallclean.com and logging into your secure customer account dashboard.
5. Order Status Discrepancies (Lost or Misdelivered Packages)
  • "Delivered" But Not Found: If your tracking tracking link shows that your package was successfully delivered to your shipping address, but you cannot find it:
    1. Please check with neighbors, porch areas, or your building’s main front office.
    2. Wait an additional 24 hours, as some carriers occasionally scan items as "delivered" prior to the actual physical drop-off.
  • Filing a Claim: If your package remains missing after 24 hours, please contact us immediately at support@jaxallclean.com. We will launch an investigation with the courier and assist you with a complimentary replacement or insurance claim processing.
