Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Jax All Clean  Janitorial & Building Maintenance. We take immense pride in the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our professional-grade cleaning tools.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return and refund policy is designed to be completely transparent, simple, and fair.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Any return request initiated after 30 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a successful return, please ensure that:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (including all tags, boxes, and accessory caddies).
  • You must possess the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your online order confirmation email or order number).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Contact our customer care team via email at support@jaxallclean.com within your 30-day window.
  2. Provide your Order Number and state the reason for the return.
  3. If your request is approved, our team will send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the exact warehouse return shipping address.
  4. Please do not mail items back to us without first receiving an approved RMA number, as we will not be able to track or process unauthorized packages.
4. Return Shipping Fees & Costs
Who pays for the return shipping depends entirely on the reason for the return:
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives broken, defective, or if we accidentally shipped the wrong item, Jax All Clean  Janitorial & Building Maintenance will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you decide you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong size/color, or changed your mind, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our quality control team will inspect it within 2 business days.
  • We will immediately send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to officially reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or deeply flawed from manufacturing. If you need to exchange an identical item for a replacement, please email us directly at support@jaxallclean.com with photo evidence, and we will rush a new shipment to you at no extra cost.
